Performance by the Agent of Pledgor's Obligations. If any Pledgor fails to perform any agreement or obligation contained herein, the Agent itself may perform, or cause performance of, such agreement or obligation, and the expenses of the Agent incurred in connection therewith shall be payable by the Pledgors on a joint and several basis pursuant to Section 13 hereof.
