Performance Due on Non-Business Day. If the time period for the performance of any act called for under this Agreement expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or any other day in which banking institutions in the State of Maryland are authorized or obligated by law or executive order to close (a "Holiday"), the act in question may be performed on the next succeeding day that is not a Saturday, Sunday or Holiday.
