Performance Incentives/Credits. In addition to the compensation specified in Section 12.01, AMEX shall make performance incentive payments to or receive performance credits from Vendor as provided in Section 6.03. Any credits issued to AMEX pursuant to Exhibit D shall be paid to AMEX by Vendor within [***] days of the date of the performance giving rise to the credit.
