Performance of Assigned Agreements. Such Loan Party shall (i) perform and observe in all material respects all the terms and provisions of the Transaction Documents (including each of the Assigned Agreements) to which it is a party to be performed or observed by it, maintain such Transaction Documents in full force and effect, and enforce such Transaction Documents in accordance with their terms, and (ii) upon reasonable request of the Facility Agent, make to any other party to such Transaction Documents such demands and requests for information and reports or for action as the applicable Loan Party is entitled to make thereunder.
