PERFORMANCE OF BUSINESS OFFICE SERVICES. Subject to the provisions of Sections 3.10 and 3.11, Manager is hereby expressly authorized to perform its business office services hereunder in whatever reasonable manner it deems appropriate to meet the day-to-day requirements of the non-medical business functions of Practice's medical practice at the Medical Offices. Manager may perform some or all of the business office functions of Practice at locations other than at the Medical Offices, so long as patient records remain at the Medical Offices or off-site storage facilities that are approved by the Advisory Board and are available for review by the Practice.
