Performance of Covered Entity's Obligations. To the extent Jotform has agreed to carry out one or more of Customer's obligations under 45 C.F.R. Part 164, Subpart E, Jotform shall comply with the requirements of Subpart E that apply to Customer in the performance of such obligations. The parties agree and acknowledge that Business Associate has not agreed to carry out any of Covered Entity's obligations under 45 C.F.R. Part 164, Subpart E.
