Performance of Modifications. Subject to the other provisions of this Article 5, the Concessionaire shall ensure that Directives and Approved Concessionaire Requests are performed in a good and workmanlike manner and diligently complied with and implemented in such manner that the costs (in the case of Directives only) and delays relating thereto are minimized.
