Performance of Obligations to Indenture Trustee and Holders. After the Undivided Interest shall no longer be subject to the Lien of the Indenture, the provisions of this Lease which require or permit any action by, any consent, approval or authorization of, the furnishing of any document, paper or information to, or the performance of any other obligation to, the Indenture Trustee or any Holder shall not be effective, and the Sections hereof containing such provisions shall be read as though there were no such references to any such requirements or permissions.
