Performance of Other Obligations. To perform, comply with and abide by each and every one of the covenants, agreements and conditions contained and set forth in the Note, this Security Deed and the other Loan Documents and to comply with all laws, ordinances, rules, regulations and orders of governmental authorities now or hereafter affecting the Property or requiring any alterations or improvements to be made thereon, and perform all of its obligations under any covenant, condition, restriction or agreement of record affecting the Property and to insure that at all times the Property constitutes one or more legal lots capable of being conveyed without violation of any subdivision or platting laws, ordinances, rules or regulations, or other laws relating to the division or separation of real property.
