Performance of Services by Affiliates. The Parties hereby agree that in discharging its obligations hereunder, MMHGP may engage any of its Affiliates to perform the Services (or any part of the Services) on its behalf and that the performance of the Services (or any part of the Services) by any such Affiliate shall be treated as if MMHGP performed such Services itself. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing contained herein shall relieve MMHGP of its obligations hereunder.
