Common use of Performance of Services for Subsidiaries Clause in Contracts

Performance of Services for Subsidiaries. In addition to the performance of services for the Company, Executive shall, to the extent so required by the Company, also perform services for one or more members of a consolidated group of which the Company is a part, provided that such services are consistent with the kind of services Executive performs or may be required to perform for the Company under this Agreement. If Executive performs any services for any subsidiary that is wholly-owned or partially owned by Oncocyte (each a “Subsidiary”), Executive shall not be entitled to receive any compensation or remuneration in addition to or in lieu of the compensation and remuneration provided under this Agreement on account of such services for the Subsidiary. The Policies will govern Executive’s employment by the Company and any Subsidiaries for which Executive is asked to provide Services. In addition, Executive covenants and agrees that Executive will faithfully adhere to and fulfill such additional policies as may be established from time to time by the board of directors of any Subsidiary for which Executive performs services, including to the extent that such policies and procedures differ from or are in addition to the Policies adopted by the Company.
