Performance of Tenant Improvement Work. Landlord shall cause the Contractor to perform the Tenant Improvement Work in accordance with the Work List. Tenant shall pay a construction supervision and management fee (for purposes of this Exhibit B, the “Landlord Supervision Fee”) to Landlord in an amount equal to 5% of the aggregate amount of all Allowance Items other than the Landlord Supervision Fee.
