Performance Quality. Except as set forth in the Main Terms, Oracle may restrict or meter the use of the Service in order to manage performance quality for all Users.

Performance Quality. All services provided must be accurately and timely performed, and must comply with the Statement of Work, Exhibit C. Performance Quality. The Parties hereto agree that all services performed by the Company for ▇▇▇▇▇▇ under the Vessel Management Agreement shall be of a professional quality consistent with the highest international industry standards for the provision of similar services and in compliance with the requirements of the Vessel Management Agreement.
