PERFORMANCE RECORD / SUSPENSION. Upon request of the State, Contractor shall meet to discuss performance or provide contract performance updates to help ensure proper performance of the Contract. The State may consider Contractor’s performance under this Contract and compliance with law and rule to determine whether to continue the Contract, suspend Contractor from doing future business with the State for a specified period of time, or to determine whether Contractor can be considered responsible on specific future contract opportunities.
