The Recipient must submit each component of the Performance Report marked as “Applicable” in the following chart to the CDFI Fund electronically via the Recipient’s AMIS Account: Applicable if marked “Yes” Performance Report Component How/where to submit: Yes Performance Progress Report Recipient must submit the Performance Progress Report to the CDFI Fund.
