Common use of Performance Share Award Payment Clause in Contracts

Performance Share Award Payment. Subject to the terms of the Omnibus Plan and this Agreement, any Performance Share Award that becomes payable shall be made in whole Shares, which shall be issued in book-entry form, registered in your name.
