Performance Tests and Substantial Completion. Borrower shall not materially revise any procedures in respect of the Performance Tests or accept the results of any Performance Test or any notice of Substantial Completion under the EPC Agreements without the prior consent of the Required Lenders in consultation with the Independent Engineer.
