Common use of Performance Unit Award Clause in Contracts

Performance Unit Award. This Performance Unit Award Agreement and the Notice of Performance Unit Award and Agreement dated February [__], 2014, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, establishes the terms and conditions for the Company’s grant of an award of «No of_Perf_Units» Performance Units (the “Award”) to the Grantee pursuant to the Plan.
