Period of Participation. 7.1 The School agrees to provide the iPad to the Student/Carer once the agreement is signed and the deposit has been made. 7.2 Subject to clauses 7.3 and 9.2, the provision continues until the end of the agreement. 7.3 The provision may be ended earlier, at the Principal’s absolute discretion if: The student is no longer enrolled with the School; The student is excluded from the School; The student fails to comply with the iPad Rules for Students, or the School’s Student Network/Internet Access Agreement and/or the school’s Internet Usage Policy. The Parent or Guardian fails to comply with the agreed upon payment schedule, as outlined in the IPad Participant Agreement. 7.4 Should the student leave the school during the iPad program, the remaining cost of the program must be paid by the parents/guardians.
