Period of the Agreement. a. The period/term of the agreement for the E-Cars/E-Vehicles shall be as follows: • Tata Tigor EV/Mahindra eVerito: This agreement shall be valid for a period of 6 (six) years from the date of delivery of the E-Car to the CLIENT or the payment of 72 monthly lease rentals to the CLIENT after the delivery of the entire set of E-Cars to the CLIENT. • Tata Nexon EV/Hyundai KONA Electric/MG ZS EV: This agreement shall be valid for a period of 8 (eight) years from the date of delivery of the E- Car to the CLIENT or the payment of 96 monthly lease rentals to the CLIENT after the delivery of the entire set of E-Cars to the CLIENT.
