Minimum Contract Period. 14.1 Some plans have a Minimum Contract Period. The Minimum Contract Period is the minimum period during which you must acquire the service. The Minimum Contract Period commences when the service is activated.
14.2 The Minimum Contract Period varies from plan to plan, and will be advised to you during your application for the service.
Minimum Contract Period. 6.1. The minimum contract period is the minimum fixed period during which you must acquire the service. The minimum contract period may be specified in your application or in the plan. The minimum contract period commences when the service is activated.
6.2. If, during the minimum contract period, you cancel the service or we cancel the service because of your default, you may be liable to pay an early termination charge which is either set out in the plan brochure or in the service description.
6.3. Once the Minimum Contract Period is over, your service will continue to renew automatically, and you will continue to be charged for the service, until such time as you or we cancel the service by giving 30 days notice.

Minimum Contract Period. 2.1. A Minimum Contract Period applies to some Plans. It is the minimum period during which you must acquire a Service. The Minimum Contract Period is set out in the Plan Description. The Minimum Contract Period commences from the date we activate the Service.
Minimum Contract Period. As stated in Section XII of the General Terms and Conditions, GTA offers Term Plans in which a longer minimum contract period is required. Unless otherwise indicated, if you opt into a Term Plan, a one-year minimum contract period will apply. At the end of the minimum term, this Agreement shall be renewed automatically thereafter on a month-to-month basis (that is still subject to this Agreement as modified) or until terminated by either party. If you terminate the Plan before expiration of the minimum term for any reason, you agree to pay an Early Termination Fee (ETF) of $180 per contract year. This ETF may be deducted from your deposit or any amounts prepaid by you, charged to your card or billed to your account. If you opt into a new Plan, you must fulfill the Terms and Conditions of the current Term Plan unless expressly waived by GTA.
Minimum Contract Period. The minimum contract period for the Service(s) is 24 months (“the Minimum Period”). Upon the expiry of the Minimum Period you may terminate the Service(s) by giving us not less than 30 days written notice. Where we provide the Service(s) as part of a package of services and have agreed a shorter Minimum Period for the Service(s) this may be subject to you complying with the applicable terms of that package in default of which a minimum term of 24 months from the Service Start Date will apply.
Minimum Contract Period. The minimum contract period for each Number is two years. The contract period is not affected by a change in Number. The contract period will begin at the date of activation of the original Number.

11.2 The Minimum Contract Period commences when the Service is activated.
11.3 If, during the Minimum Contract Period, the Customer cancels the Service or Flash Fibres cancel the Service because of Customer default, the Customer must pay an early termination charge.
11.4 The Minimum Contract Period varies from plan to plan and will be advised to the Customer during their application for the Service.
Minimum Contract Period. 2.1 Clause 2 applies to Customer who rents Product from Atilze and is not applicable to Customer who purchase the Product from Atilze.
2.2 Atilze Fleet Service comes with Minimum Contract Period as set out in an Order Form. The Minimum Contract Period will commence on the Commencement Date and shall thereafter be automatically renewed or extended for successive term of twelve (12) months each, at the prevailing charges and rates imposed by Atilze, unless terminated by either Party in accordance with the Agreement.
2.3 In the event Customer shall unilaterally terminate Atilze Fleet Service after the Effective Date but prior to the Commencement Date, Customer shall be liable to pay all costs and charges incurred by Atilze.
2.4 In the event Customer shall unilaterally terminate Atilze Fleet Service, during but prior to the expiry of the Minimum Contract Period, Customer shall be liable to pay Atilze the Subscription Fee for the remainder of the Minimum Contract Period within twenty-one (21) days from the date of termination, as agreed liquidated damages.
