Periodic and Other Reports. The Manager and the Special Purpose Manager, as the case may be, shall cause to be delivered to each Member the financial statements, reports and certificates stated below, prepared, where applicable (other than with respect to Members’ Capital Accounts, which shall be prepared in accordance with this Agreement), in accordance with GAAP consistently applied, and such other reports as any Member may reasonably request from time to time; provided that, such other reports shall be provided at such requesting Member’s sole cost and expense unless (x) the information provided therein is needed by the requesting Member in order to comply with any law or regulations of any governmental or regulatory agency, (y) the Manager elects within thirty (30) days of such request to pay the cost of providing such reports, or (z) the requested report was furnished to the Company by the Lessee or was otherwise prepared by the Manager in its capacity as the Manager.
