Periodic Meetings with Governance Participants. At least twice a year, the ISO Board shall meet with the Governance Participants. The agenda for such meetings shall be established by ISO in consultation with the Chair and Vice-Chairs of the Participants Committee. When practicable, the meetings shall be scheduled in conjunction with a Participants Committee or ISO Board meeting (e.g., the day before or the day of a Participants Committee or ISO Board meeting).
