Common use of Periodic Payment Clause in Contracts

Periodic Payment. Payment to the Consultant for the One-time Cost portions of the Project will be made for work performed by Consultant upon acceptance by NYSDOT of deliverables in accordance with the payment milestones referenced in Exhibit B. For recurring costs for specified items, payment to Consultant will be made on an pre-paid annual basis upon approved requisitions for items actually required by NYSDOT during the upcoming year, less any applicable credits.
