Common use of Periodic Reports and In-Person Meetings Clause in Contracts

Periodic Reports and In-Person Meetings. The Sub-Adviser shall (i) with the assistance of the Adviser, render to the Board such periodic and special reports as the Board or the Adviser may reasonably request; and (ii) meet with the Adviser or Board upon reasonable request for the purpose of reviewing the Sub-Adviser’s performance under this Agreement at reasonable times and upon reasonable advance notice. The Adviser shall use commercially reasonable means to keep the content of any such reports or presentations confidential with respect to third parties other than the Board, subject to applicable law and regulatory requirements.
