PERIODICAL REVIEW Sample Clauses
PERIODICAL REVIEW. During the entire term of the line of credit, the Lender or La Financière agricole may review, each time that they deem it necessary, the Borrower's financial position by examining:
a) his financial statements or any other data making it possible to establish his financial situation;
b) the stock of farm supplies and products related to his farming business or any substitute therefor. The Borrower accepts that the line of credit shall be subject to such review.
PERIODICAL REVIEW. Notwithstanding the provisions herein contained the Borrower hereby agrees that the Operating Overdraft Facility granted herein to the Borrower shall be subject to periodical review but repayable on demand by the Bank at any time.
PERIODICAL REVIEW. 7.1. Keyloop and Client will jointly review the Service Level and/or Performance Indicators and targets set forth in paragraph 6 above on a regular basis. If the Service Level and/or Performance Indicators fall below the targets for two consecutive measurement periods, both parties will jointly develop and execute required actions to ensure achievement of such targets. In addition, if the CPUPM ratio is greater than 0.4 for two consecutive measurement periods, Keyloop reserves the right to charge additional service fees for the Support and Maintenance Services.
