Common use of Periods of Occupancy Clause in Contracts

Periods of Occupancy. Student may not check into their Room prior to the Commencement Date. Student must check out of their Room with an authorized HRL representative on or before the Expiration Date. Failing to vacate on or before the Expiration Date will result in a daily penalty charge.
