Common use of Periods of Occupancy Clause in Contracts

Periods of Occupancy. Resident may not check into their assigned Apartment prior to the Move-In Date. Resident must check out of their Apartment with an authorized HRL representative on or before the Expiration Date. Failing to vacate on or before the Expiration Date will result in a daily penalty charge.
