Permanent Employees May Request Review of Their Classification. A) When an employee believes her assigned duties and responsibilities have altered sufficiently to justify a review as to the appropriateness of her position classification, she may request a classification review. Employees must document the changes to assignment in the appropriate section of the job description form. Requests for review shall be made on the job description form designated by the Joint Union-Management Maintenance Committee and shall be signed by the employee and out-of-scope manager.
