Permanent Schedule Changes Employees’ workweeks and work schedules may be permanently changed with prior notice from the Employer. Overtime-eligible employees will receive ten (10) calendar days’ written notice of a permanent schedule change. The day notification is given is considered the first day of notice. Notice will normally be given to the affected employees during their scheduled working hours. If an affected employee is on extended leave, notice may be sent to the employee’s last known address.
Work Schedule Changes 215. It is agreed that pursuant to the exercise of management rights, normal work schedules may be changed without mutual agreement, subject to compliance with other provisions of this Agreement. However, it is agreed that the effects of consequences of such changes are subject to the meet and confer obligation to the extent required by state law.
Shift Changes When an employee is assigned to a specific shift and that assignment is changed, the employee shall be given seven (7) calendar days’ notice prior to the change.

Employees shall receive seven (7) calendar days’ notice of a temporary schedule change. A temporary schedule change is defined as lasting thirty (30) days or less. The day notification is given is considered the first day of notice. Adjustments in the hours of work of daily work shifts during a workweek do not constitute a schedule change. The Employer may adjust an overtime-eligible employee’s daily start and/or end time(s) by two (2) hours.
Construction Progress Schedule; Overall Project Schedule The Contractor shall submit for review by the Design Professional and approval by the Owner a Construction Progress Schedule based upon the Design Professional’s Preliminary Design and Construction Schedule and prepared using a CPM (Critical Path Method) process within sixty days after the Effective Date of the Contract, utilizing a full-featured software package in a form satisfactory to the Design Professional and Owner, showing the dates for commencement and completion of the Work required by the Contract Documents, including coordination of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical disciplines, as well as coordination of the various subdivisions of the Work within the Contract. Milestones must be clearly indicated and sequentially organized to identify the critical path of the Project. The Construction Schedule will be developed to represent the CSI specification divisions. It shall have the minimum number of activities required to adequately represent to the Owner the complete scope of Work and define the Project’s (and each Phase’s if phased) critical path and associated activities. The format of the Construction Progress Schedule will have dependencies indicated on a monthly grid identifying milestone dates such as construction start, phase construction, structural top out, dry-in, rough-in completion, metal stud and drywall completion, equipment installation, systems operational, inspections for Material Completion and Occupancy Date, and Final Completion Date. The Contractor shall submit, along with the Construction Progress Schedule, the Submittal Schedule for approval by the Design Professional, correlating the associated approval dates for the documents with the Construction Progress Schedule. Upon recommendation by the Design Professional and approval by the Owner, the Construction Progress Schedule shall become the Overall Project Schedule, which shall be utilized by the Design Professional, Owner and Contractor. The Contractor must provide the Design Professional and the Owner with monthly updates of the Overall Project Schedule indicating completed activities and any changes in sequencing or activity durations, including approved change orders. Project Changes 1.8.1. All changes shall be administered per the UGC.
Contract Changes Changes may not be made in the terms and conditions of this contract without the agreement and written permission of the Director of Housing.
Construction Schedule The progress schedule of construction of the Project as provided by Developer and approved by District.
Temporary Schedule Changes Overtime-eligible employees’ workweeks and/or work schedules may be temporarily changed with prior notice from the Employer. A temporary schedule change is defined as a change lasting thirty (30) calendar days or less. With the exception of the job classifications listed in Appendix B, overtime-eligible employees will receive three (3) calendar days’ written notice of any temporary schedule change. The day that notification is given is considered the first day of notice. Adjustments in the hours of work of daily work shifts during a workweek do not constitute a temporary schedule change.
Schedule Change When a change of work schedule is requested by an employee and approved by the Agency, all forms of penalty pay shall be waived by the employee. When a change of work schedule is requested by an employee and approved by the Agency, overtime compensation for that workday, but not for work over forty (40) hours per week, associated with the changed schedule shall be waived.
