The Requesting Authority may use non-public information obtained under this MMoU solely for the purpose of discharging the responsibilities entrusted to it under the Laws and Regulations, including supervising Covered Entities, ensuring compliance with the Laws and Regulations, protecting investors, assessing and identifying systemic risk in the financial markets or the risk of disorderly markets.
