Common use of Permissible Uses of Your Card Clause in Contracts

Permissible Uses of Your Card. Your Card is not a credit card. Therefore, when using your Card, such as to make cash withdrawals and/or POS purchases, keep in mind that the amount of such withdrawals and purchases will be automatically deducted from your Account(s). You will use the Card only for personal, household or family purposes and it will not be used for any business purposes. You will take all necessary steps to ensure that each Card is used for no other purpose. The Bank may immediately terminate this Agreement if you or other Cardholder uses the Card for any business purpose or in violation of any provision of this Agreement.
