Common use of Permission to Disclose Clause in Contracts

Permission to Disclose. Each Noteholder hereby agrees and consents to the disclosure by the Company of this Agreement in connection with the Exchange Offers or as otherwise required by law (except that such Noteholders name will not be disclosed in any press release, filing or other notice or report unless required by law or the SEC).

Permission to Disclose. Permission to Disclose. Each Noteholder hereby agrees and consents to the disclosure by the Company of this Agreement in connection and all transactions contemplated hereunder as required by law, including stock exchange and securities regulations (including on a Form 8-K or proxy statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Offers or as otherwise required Commission). For the avoidance of doubt, any such disclosure shall not identify any Noteholder by law (except that such Noteholders name will not be disclosed in any press release, filing or other notice or report unless required by law or the SEC)name.
