Common use of Permissions Clause in Contracts

Permissions. Permission is hereby granted the Assured or any other party acting in behalf of the Assured, to effect contracts or agreements customary or necessary to the conduct of the business of the Assured under which the Assured may assume liability for loss, damage, liability, cost or expense or grant releases therefrom and the rights and obligations of the Underwriter shall be governed by the terms of such contracts or agreements. This permission shall not be deemed to extend the coverage or limits of this insurance beyond the terms and conditions of this policy.
