Dates & Times. All dates and times, unless explicitly stated otherwise, shall use the time scale of Eastern Standard Time. A date shall start at 00:00:00 hours (midnight) and end at 23:59:59 hours. The time portion of a date after 23:59:59 hours but before 00:00:00 hours of the following date shall be deemed to be 23:59:59 hours.
Dates & Times. The Faire opens promptly at 11:00 am. Booths shall be opened and manned by costumed personnel between 11:00 am and 7:00 pm on July 8-9, 15-16, 22-23, 29-30 & August 5-6, 12-13. All suppliers are expected to participate for the duration of the Faire. “Partial Runs” are strongly discouraged.
