Common use of Permit and License Clause in Contracts

Permit and License. As soon as practicable after the Closing, the Domestic Company shall, and the Founders and other Group Companies shall cause the Domestic Company to, obtain all the permits and licenses and necessary governmental authorizations for the conduct of their business as currently conducted and as proposed to be conducted in full compliance with applicable laws, including but not limited to, the Value Added Telecommunication Operation License and the Internet Culture Operation License, as applicable.
