Permit Extended. Subject to the following terms and conditions which are hereby agreed to, Licensor provides unto Licensee, and Licensee accepts from Licensor, a permit to use the Premises (as defined below) for the purposes and activities hereinafter stated, commencing as provided in paragraph 2 (the Permit).
