Permit Fees. In order to cover the cost of processing building and land use permits submitted to the County prior to the Annexation Date, the County is authorized to collect fees for those permits after the Annexation Date. The County is further authorized to retain fees collected by the County for permits submitted to the County prior to the Annexation Date.
