Permit Modification. 10.3.1 The Permit issued to the District, shall be amended in conformance with the provisions 50 CFR 222. 306(a) (2001) through 222. 306(c) (2001), provided, that if said regulations are modified the modified regulations will apply only to the extent the modifications were required by subsequent action of Congress or court order, unless the Parties otherwise agree.
