Common use of Permits and Licences Clause in Contracts

Permits and Licences. I. The Hirer shall ensure that any licence, permit or other consent which may be required is obtained, whether from the Council or otherwise, before the Event may take place and shall, where requested, produce to the Council on demand copies of such licence, permit or consent. If any such licence, permit or consent has not been obtained, the Council reserves the right to cancel the booking forthwith.
