Permits, Licenses and Approvals. The Company, at its sole cost and expense, shall use its best efforts to acquire and maintain all permits, licenses and approvals required by all Government Authority, agencies, commissions and authorities with jurisdiction over the Company, the Project and the Interconnection Project to enable it to perform its obligations under this Contract. BPDB, at its sole cost and expense, shall use its best efforts to acquire and maintain in effect all permits, licenses and approvals required by all local agencies, commissions and authorities with jurisdiction over BPDB in order to enable it to perform its obligations under this Contract.
