PERMITS CONDITIONED ON PAYMENTS BEING CURRENT. Permits are expressly conditioned on Rental payments being current or the permit is void after 30 days’ notice of delinquency and remain void until payment in full, except for those amounts disputed in good faith, for which reasonable and detailed documentation has been submitted to the City supporting such disputed amounts and is still pending City review.
