Common use of Permits for Modifications or Overlashing Clause in Contracts

Permits for Modifications or Overlashing. Permits are required for any modifications to permitted attachments allowed under this Agreement, including Overlashing, as set out in Paragraph 2.11. Licensee, Licensee’s Affiliate or other third party, as applicable, shall pay any necessary Make-Ready Work costs to accommodate such Overlashing.
