Common use of Permits, Laws and Regulations Clause in Contracts

Permits, Laws and Regulations. (a) The Contractor will (and will cause each Subcontractor to) comply with: (i) all Applicable Laws and all standards, specifications, manuals or codes of any technical organization or governmental authority; and (ii) to the extent not inconsistent with (i), Good Industry Practice, in respect of the Work. (b) The Contractor will obtain, at its cost, all permits and other consents required in respect of the Work.
