Common use of Permits, Laws and Taxes Clause in Contracts

Permits, Laws and Taxes. The Grantee shall acquire and maintain in good standing all permits, licenses and other entitlements necessary to its performance under this agreement. A business license issued by the State of Alaska, Department of Commerce, and a non-commercial solicitation license issued by the Municipality of Anchorage are required. All actions taken by the Grantee under this agreement shall comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, rules and regulations. The Grantee shall pay all taxes pertaining to its performance under this agreement.
