PERMITS, LICENSES AND CERTIFICATES. Lessee shall obtain any and all permits, licenses and certificates which may be required in connection with the improvement and use of the demised premises and aircraft operations. Lessee shall comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and the Lessee shall keep in effect any and all licenses, permits, notices and certificates as are required.
