Permitted Additions. In addition to its obligation under paragraph (b), Transferor may, but shall not be obligated to, from time to time designate Supplemental Accounts or Participation Interests to be included as Trust Assets, in either case as of the applicable Addition Date, so long as after giving effect to such addition no more than 20% of the Receivables, by outstanding balance, will be 30 or more days delinquent.
