Permitted and Required Uses and Disclosures of Phi By Business Associate. (a) Except as expressly permitted in this Agreement or in writing by Covered Entity, Business Associate shall not divulge, disclose, or communicate PHI to any third party in violation of this Agreement without prior written approval from Covered Entity.
