Permitted Inter-Company Transactions. 4.4 Stock Issuance, Dividends, Distributions, Redemptions and Directors' Fees Issue any additional shares of stock, directly or indirectly, declare, order, pay, make or set apart any sum or property for the redemption, retirement, purchase or other acquisition, direct or indirect, of any shares of its stock of any class now or hereafter outstanding or for the payment of any dividends on any of such stock, except for Permitted Inter-Company Transactions and quarterly dividends payable concurrently with payments to Lender under Section 9 hereof, or pay any directors' fees.
