Payment of Lender Expenses. Borrower shall have paid all Lender Expenses (including all reasonable attorneys’ fees and reasonable expenses) incurred through the date of this Amendment.
Payment of Lender Expenses. Borrower shall have paid all reasonable Lender expenses (including all reasonable attorneys’ fees and reasonable expenses) incurred through the date of this Amendment for the documentation and negotiation of this Amendment, in each case, to the extent invoiced on or prior to the First Amendment Closing Date.
Payment of Lender Expenses. Borrower shall pay to Lender on demand any and all reasonable expenses including attorneys fees incurred or expended by Lender in the collection or attempted collection of the Obligations, in protecting and/or enforcing the rights of Lender against Borrower, and in sustaining and/or enforcing the security interest and other liens, if any, granted to Lender hereunder and under all related agreements, instruments and documents.
Payment of Lender Expenses. Borrower shall have paid all of Agent’s and Lxxxxx’s professional fees pursuant to Section 11.12 (including all reasonable attorneys’ fees and reasonable expenses) incurred through the date of this Amendment.
Payment of Lender Expenses. Borrower shall have paid all reasonable and invoiced Lender expenses (including all reasonable attorneys' fees and reasonable expenses) incurred through the date of this Amendment (which reasonable attorneys’ fees (exclusive of reasonable expenses) for the documentation and negotiation of this Amendment, as of the date of this Amendment, shall not exceed Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00) to the extent that there are no more than two (2) turns of this Amendment in the negotiation process).
Payment of Lender Expenses. Subject to Section 6 below, Borrower shall have paid all reasonable and invoiced Lender expenses incurred through the date of this Amendment in an amount not to exceed $50,000.
Payment of Lender Expenses. Within five (5) Business Days after the First Amendment Effective Date (or such later date as may be agreed by the Agent in its sole discretion), Borrower shall have paid all reasonable and invoiced attorneys’ fees and reasonable expenses incurred in connection with the documentation, negotiation, execution and closing of this Amendment and through the date of this Amendment in an amount not to exceed $50,000. The failure to comply with any of the covenants set forth in this Section 6 within the applicable time frame set forth above shall constitute an immediate Event of Default.
Payment of Lender Expenses. Borrowers shall have paid all Lender Expenses (including all reasonable attorneys’ fees and reasonable expenses) incurred through the date of this Amendment. The consent contained in Section 2.2 hereof is further conditioned upon the closing of the Initial Capital Raise.

Payment of Lender Expenses. Each Borrower shall pay to Lender within ten (10) Business Days after demand any amounts necessary to pay or reimburse Lender Expenses payable by such Borrower, including any pro rata share thereof allocated to it pursuant to Section 5.1.
